Your Mission: Quantum Gaming is seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of various cloud-based services, and providing technical support to our team. The role requires expertise in JIRA Service Desk, account and password management, Office 365, and Linux systems, among other technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce and manage JIRA Service Desk for IT support and ticketing.
- Oversee account and password management, ensuring secure access control.
- Administer Office 365 accounts, mailboxes, and SharePoint for company-wide collaboration.
- Manage domains across different registrars, such as GoDaddy and CloudFlare.
- Provide support for Ubuntu Desktop for developers and ensure system stability.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Linux-based systems (minimum 3 years of experience required).
- Configure and support various cloud-based services, including GoDaddy Web Hosting, WordPress, ZenDesk, SendGrid, Twilio, VPNs, and TeamViewer.
- Manage Atlassian JIRA and Confluence environments for internal documentation and project management.
- Monitor system performance, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, particularly Ubuntu.
- Experience with JIRA Service Desk administration.
- Proficiency in managing Office 365 accounts, mailboxes, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with domain management across registrars such as GoDaddy and CloudFlare.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based services such as GoDaddy Web Hosting, WordPress, ZenDesk, SendGrid, Twilio, VPNs, and TeamViewer.
- Working knowledge of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Linux Professional Institute Certification, ITIL).
- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Knowledge of networking principles and security best practices.
