We’re looking for a proactive Online Casino Brand Manager with hands-on Smartico CRM experience to own the operational performance and growth of a single online casino brand. This hands-on role combines player engagement, bonus management, CRM campaigns, and affiliate coordination. The position can be based in Limassol or Belgrade, with one day per week of remote flexibility.
Take full ownership of the casino brand’s day-to-day operations: game launches, lobby management, bonus setup, and seasonal campaigns.
Design, implement, and optimize Smartico CRM campaigns, including automated flows, personalized offers, segmentation, and lifecycle communication.
Collaborate with the Affiliate team to align campaigns with acquisition strategies and maintain brand consistency.
Track campaign performance, monitor KPIs (LTV, ARPU, churn), and adjust strategies to maximize player retention and value.
Manage promotional calendars and ensure seamless rollout of supplier content and campaigns.
Liaise with internal teams and third-party providers for game updates, platform issues, and compliance.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and supplier releases to maintain brand competitiveness.
2+ years in online casino operations or product management.
Proven hands-on experience with Smartico CRM or equivalent lifecycle management tools.
Strong knowledge of bonus mechanics, content planning, and campaign execution.
Data-driven approach with ability to interpret player behavior, segment users, and optimize ROI.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with affiliates, tech, and operations teams.
Deep understanding of game RTP, volatility, and supplier catalogs.
Bonus: Sportsbook awareness or multi-vertical experience.
