Your Mission:
We’re looking for a proactive and capable Online Casino Manager to oversee the operational performance of multiple online casino brands. This is a hands-on role with the potential to lead our flagship casinos and grow into Head of All Casinos as part of our casino management-as-a-service model. Based in our Limassol office, the role includes one day per week of remote flexibility.
You’ll drive performance through bonus configuration, CRM campaign integration, affiliate collaboration, and content optimization across multiple properties. For the right candidate, this role is a fast-track path to senior brand and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full configuration and day-to-day operation of multiple casino platforms: game launches, lobby management, bonus setup, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate CRM campaigns by preparing content and structuring offers for automated flows (e.g., via Customer.io).
- Align closely with the Affiliate team to support promotional strategy, acquisition offers, and brand consistency.
- Oversee campaign results, monitor key metrics, and adapt strategies to improve retention and player value.
- Ensure accurate implementation of promotional calendars and seamless rollout of supplier content across all brands.
- Interface with internal teams and third-party providers to manage game updates, platform issues, and compliance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and new supplier releases to enhance each brand’s performance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in online casino operations or casino product management.
- Solid experience in bonus mechanics, content planning, and campaign structure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lifecycle automation platforms.
- Strong communication skills to bridge operations, affiliates, and tech teams.
- Data-driven mindset with an understanding of segmentation, player behavior, and ROI modeling.
- Deep knowledge of game RTP, volatility, and supplier catalogs.
- Bonus: Sportsbook awareness or experience working across multi-vertical brands.
