Quantum Gaming seeks a highly skilled Media Buyer to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in data-driven decision-making, campaign analysis, and budget management to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic media buying plans to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic networks.
- Work with Demand-Side Platforms (DSP) to enhance programmatic ad buying efficiency.
- Manage and optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns to ensure quality lead generation.
- Implement and refine PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies to maximize ad effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and best practices.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure efficient spending and maximize performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, KPIs, and future recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience in budget management and KPI tracking.
- Ability to create, optimize, and scale paid campaigns.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulations in digital advertising.
- Experience working with DSP (Demand-Side Platforms) to manage programmatic advertising and optimize real-time bidding strategies.
- Proven track record in CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns, focusing on generating high-quality leads and optimizing conversion funnels.
- Hands-on experience with PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, including keyword research, bid strategy optimization, and conversion tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with affiliate marketing and influence partnerships.
- Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and third-party attribution software.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies.
- Understanding of iGaming industry trends.
