We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with a solid background in software testing, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and design to ensure the highest standards of quality across all stages of the product lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and is eager to take full ownership of the QA process within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Design, write, and execute manual test cases based on feature requirements and user stories.
- Identify, document and track bugs in issue tracking systems (e.g. Jira)
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Validate API functionality by designing and executing test scenarios, analyzing responses, and verifying expected outcomes.
- Conduct data validation by querying databases to ensure backend processes and stored data align with functional requirements.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify feature expectations and resolve issues.
- Participate in QA planning, test case reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Maintain and continuously improve test documentation and QA processes.
- Take the initiative in refining QA workflows and proposing process improvements.
- Assist in defining and tracking quality metrics (e.g., bug leakage, coverage).
- Be a quality advocate for the team, promoting accountability and excellence across the SDLC.
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in manual software testing, preferably in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar issue tracking and project management tools.
- Hands-on experience with Postman for API validation and testing.
- Working knowledge of SQL to support data validation and backend testing.
- Ability to write detailed and concise bug reports and test documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Familiarity with online gambling platforms or testing in the iGaming industry.
