Position: Finance Manager – Invoicing, Budgeting, and Strategic Analysis
Key Responsibilities:

Posting invoices, bills, and reconciliation: Ensure the accuracy and timely maintenance of financial records.

Manage the monthly closing process, including the preparation of financial statements (FS) to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Develop comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts aligned with organizational goals, conducting variance analysis to identify trends and mitigate risks.

Oversee preparation of profit and loss statements in collaboration with the auditors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Implement corrective actions to maximize profitability.

Foster relationships with business partners, negotiate contracts, and manage financial collaborations to enhance organizational value.

Deliver insightful financial reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making and guide performance improvements.

Implement cost-control measures, identify efficiencies, and optimize resources to enhance financial performance.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage financial risks by implementing effective internal controls and policies.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insights and fostering understanding of financial performance and strategies.

Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications:

Proven experience of at least 2 – 3 years in a financial management role, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and risk management.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Xero accounting software is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
