Position: Finance Manager – Invoicing, Budgeting, and Strategic Analysis


Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting invoices, bills, and reconciliation: Ensure the accuracy and timely maintenance of financial records.
  • Manage the monthly closing process, including the preparation of financial statements (FS) to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Develop comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts aligned with organizational goals, conducting variance analysis to identify trends and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee preparation of profit and loss statements in collaboration with the auditors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Implement corrective actions to maximize profitability.
  • Foster relationships with business partners, negotiate contracts, and manage financial collaborations to enhance organizational value.
  • Deliver insightful financial reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making and guide performance improvements.
  • Implement cost-control measures, identify efficiencies, and optimize resources to enhance financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage financial risks by implementing effective internal controls and policies.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insights and fostering understanding of financial performance and strategies.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of at least 2 – 3 years in a financial management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Xero accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
