Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven CRM Casino Manager to lead retention strategies and player communications across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building automated CRM journeys, managing bonus mechanics, optimizing player segmentation, and improving lifetime value (LTV) through advanced retention strategies using Smartico CRM, Customer.io, and other communication tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Campaign Management

    • Build, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns in Smartico CRM and Customer.io (triggers, automation flows, customer journeys).

    • Set up multi-channel communications: email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, pop-ups.

    • Manage lifecycle campaigns: onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, VIP nurturing.

    • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve open rates, CTR, and conversion rates.

    Bonus & Retention Mechanics

    • Configure and manage iGaming bonus mechanics (free spins, deposit bonuses, cashback, reloads, tournaments).

    • Set up wagering requirements, bonus parameters, eligibility rules, and targeting conditions.

    • Align bonus strategy with product and acquisition teams to maximize player value.

    Segmentation & Database Management

    • Develop advanced player segmentation based on behavior, value tiers, activity, and geography.

    • Maintain CRM database hygiene and ensure data accuracy.

    • Monitor player lifecycle metrics and optimize retention funnels.

    Performance Analysis & Optimization

    • Analyze CRM campaign performance (LTV, ARPU, retention rate, churn rate).

    • Identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven improvements.

    • Prepare regular CRM performance reports for management.

    Email Deliverability & Technical Setup

    • Monitor and resolve email deliverability issues.

    • Maintain domain reputation (SPF, DKIM, DMARC alignment).

    • Optimize sender reputation and inbox placement.

    • Edit and adjust email templates using HTML/CSS when required.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Product, BI, Affiliate, and Design teams.

    • Coordinate campaign calendars with acquisition and promotional activities.

    • Provide insights for improving player engagement and loyalty programs.


    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience as a CRM Manager in iGaming.

    • Hands-on experience with Smartico CRM (mandatory).

    • Strong experience with Customer.io or similar automation tools.

    • Deep understanding of iGaming bonus structures and player lifecycle.

    • Experience with email deliverability and domain reputation management.

    • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.

    • HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing.
