Your Mission:

We are looking for a highly motivated Casino Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining and improving the player experience by managing in-game content, bonuses, and promotional materials. You will be working closely with our Quantum Gaming back office and Customer.io, ensuring seamless execution of casino operations.

Key Responsibilities

Bonus & Promotion Management:

  • Create and configure bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional campaigns in the back office.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure bonuses align with compliance and regulatory requirements.

Game Management:

  • Add and categorize new games in our casino platform.
  • Work closely with providers to ensure a seamless integration of games.
  • Monitor game performance and suggest optimizations based on player engagement.

Content Management:

  • Update website and in-platform content, ensuring information is accurate and engaging.
  • Coordinate with designers and content teams to create promotional materials.
  • Ensure content is localized and appealing for different markets.

Banner & UI Updates:

  • Manage promotional banners across the platform.
  • Update banners for new games, promotions, and seasonal offers.
  • Ensure consistent branding and UI optimization.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with CRM, marketing, and development teams to execute campaigns.
  • Support customer service teams with necessary updates on promotions and game issues.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to promotions and game setups.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in online casino operations, CRM, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with casino back offices, preferably Quantum Gaming’s system.
  • Experience with Customer.io or similar CRM/automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of iGaming promotions, bonuses, and game configurations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
