Your Mission
We are looking for a highly motivated Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with affiliate partners, driving traffic to our gaming platforms, and optimizing performance to maximize revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the iGaming industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and grow the affiliate marketing program.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates to increase revenue and brand exposure.
Negotiate commission structures and agreements to ensure profitability.
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies for optimization.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to affiliates to enhance their marketing efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Track and report on KPIs, including traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the iGaming or online entertainment industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, lead generation strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.
Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics, optimize campaigns, and drive ROI.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong initiative and the ability to take ownership of projects.
Capable of working independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in affiliate tracking software, reporting tools, and performance analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to evolving business needs.
