Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Affiliate Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will come from a strong numbers background, with experience in accounting, accounts clerk, or accounts admin roles. This role involves working with multiple affiliate programs, generating and analyzing reports, and assisting the sales and affiliate management teams in tracking affiliate performance. There is potential for growth into a more affiliate-partnership-focused role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks related to up to four or more affiliate programs.
- Analyze daily reports and generate comprehensive weekly reports for the sales and affiliate management teams.
- Monitor affiliate performance, identify patterns of success or potential fraud, and provide actionable data to the management team.
- Follow up on existing affiliate deals, maintaining proactive communication with affiliate partners.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and affiliate managers to ensure affiliate programs are running efficiently.
- Assist in discussions of potential deals with affiliates and identify key performance trends.
- Ensure data accuracy and report timely and accurately on all affiliate activities.
- Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance affiliate management.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a numbers-focused role (accounting, accounts clerk, accounts admin, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and assess data.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to follow up with partners and teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
